SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders are shipped out within 36 hours of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be fulfilled on the next available business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order's fulfillment which will include any applicable tracking information. Shipping charges are calculated in real time during the checkout process, and are determined by a package's weight, dimensions and destination.
Estimated delivery time to EU 2-7 working days. Estimated delivery time to US 5-12 working days. Our main shipping company is Fedex.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Our warehouse is located in Europe. We are not responsible for any customs fees or charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 40 business days orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
